Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior network and connectivity leader to own service delivery for enterprise networks, data center edge, and cloud connectivity. You will direct engineering teams, set delivery priorities, and ensure governance for incidents, changes, and security controls.

You will partner with cybersecurity, architecture, and infrastructure teams to optimize costs, plan lifecycle, and report on service health and risks. This is an on-site, highly collaborative role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in network engineering, connectivity operations, or enterprise infra.
• At least 3 years leading technical teams or service domains.
• Strong enterprise networking, firewall, wireless, WAN, and cloud connectivity knowledge.
• Experience with IT service management, governance, change control, and incident leadership.
• Ability to align priorities with business users and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery and performance for enterprise connectivity services.
• Set priorities, objectives, and expectations aligned with IT strategy.
• Direct and develop connectivity engineers and leads; manage workload and on-call structures.
• Oversee governance on incidents, changes, and security controls.
• Partner with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and support teams for coordinated delivery.
• Budgeting, forecasting, lifecycle planning, and cost optimization.
• Translate strategy into executable team plans and monitor risk and health.
