Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader to own service delivery for enterprise connectivity services, including datacenter edge and office networking. This on-site role requires delivering across WAN, wireless, firewall, and cloud connectivity with a focus on performance and reliability.

You will direct connectivity teams, manage on-call schedules, and collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and support to ensure coordinated delivery and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in network engineering, connectivity operations, or enterprise infrastructure.
• 3+ years leading technical teams, leads, or service domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, firewalls, wireless, WAN, and cloud connectivity.
• Experience with IT service management, governance, change control, and incident leadership.
• Ability to balance people leadership, operational management, and technical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery and operational performance for enterprise connectivity services (datacenter edge, office LAN/WAN, branch networking, wireless, firewall, cloud connectivity).
• Establish priorities, service objectives, and operational expectations aligned with IT strategy.
• Directly manage connectivity engineers/leads; set expectations for delivery and growth.
• Oversee workload distribution, on-call structures, and governance for incidents, changes, and configuration standards.
