Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader to own service delivery and operational performance for enterprise connectivity services, including datacenter edge, office LAN/WAN, and hybrid cloud connectivity. You will set priorities, manage engineers, and drive governance, risk management, and cost optimization across multi-location environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in network engineering, connectivity operations, or enterprise infrastructure.
• 3+ years leading technical teams or service domains.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery for enterprise connectivity, including datacenter edge and public/cloud connectivity.
• Set priorities, objectives, and operational expectations aligned with enterprise IT strategy.
• Directly manage connectivity engineers; drive delivery, accountability, collaboration, and growth.
• Oversee workload, on-call structures, staffing, and service continuity planning.
• Lead performance management activities including goal setting, coaching, development, and evaluations.
• Partner with stakeholders across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and service management to ensure delivery and risk management.
• Translate strategy and roadmap priorities into executable team plans.
• Monitor service health, risks, technical debt, and capacity concerns.
