Job summary

HDR seeks an experienced Senior Network/Infrastructure Leader to own service delivery for enterprise connectivity, including datacenter edge, office LAN/WAN, and cloud connectivity. You will establish priorities, manage engineers and leads, and drive continuity and performance improvements.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and service management teams to ensure aligned execution, governance, and cost-effective delivery across on‑site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Eng, Business, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 10 years in network engineering, connectivity operations, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Minimum 3 years leading technical teams, leads, or service domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, firewalls, wireless, WAN, and hybrid/public cloud connectivity.
• Experience with IT service management, governance, change control, and incident leadership.
• Proven ability to balance people leadership with technical decision-making.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery and operational performance for enterprise connectivity services.
• Establish priorities, objectives, and operational expectations aligned with IT strategy.
• Directly manage connectivity engineers and leads; set clear delivery expectations.
• Oversee workload distribution, escalations, on-call structures, staffing, and continuity planning.
• Lead performance management through coaching, development, and evaluations.
• Partner with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, service management, and support teams for coordinated delivery.
