Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking a strategic, results-driven RVP of Client Services for the Eastern US. This remote-first role can be based in EST states and will lead a 50+ person team, driving revenue growth and client success across agencies and brands.

You will shape service delivery, partner strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to raise the bar on media performance. You’ll be responsible for setting priorities, ensuring world-class client experiences, and expanding partnerships while

Qualifications

Extensive people-management experience leading large teams.
Proven success in quota-carrying roles with revenue targets.
World-class client experience focus with strong performance metrics.
Deep knowledge of advertising and martech landscape and challenges.
Strong data acumen; comfortable with spreadsheets and data tools.

Responsibilities

Inspire and lead a 50+ account leads and managers to drive revenue through superior client experiences.
Define and expand the service motion; align resources to unlock client growth.
Drive client satisfaction, product adoption, and opportunities for improvement.
