Job summary

StackAdapt Inc. is seeking a results-driven RVP, Client Services for the Eastern US. This remote-first role can be based in Eastern Time Zone states with a preference for major media markets. You will lead a large, quota-carrier client services team to grow revenue and client satisfaction.

You will guide service motions, optimize operations, and strengthen partnerships with agencies and brands while driving product adoption and outcomes across the region.

• Proven track record leading large organizations with managers as direct reports.
• Experience in quota-carrying roles and driving revenue growth as a people leader.
• Deliver world-class client experiences founded on strong functional expertise and performance.

Responsibilities

• Inspire clients to set ambitious priorities and deepen partnerships with StackAdapt.
• Lead a 50+ account leads and managers to drive revenue through exceptional client experiences.
• Define and expand our service motion, aligning resources to unlock client growth.
• Drive client satisfaction and product adoption, and implement improvement programs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to meet company goals and client success.
• Build high standards and accountability to exceed revenue targets with AE stakeholders.
• Cultivate a high-performance, supportive internal culture across the global team.
