Job summary

StackAdapt Inc. is seeking an RVP of Client Services for the Eastern US in a remote-first setup. The role will oversee quota-carrying teams, drive revenue, and elevate client satisfaction across agencies and brands in the Eastern region.

You’ll report to the Head of Americas Client Services and manage a large organization to scale partnerships, optimize media performance, and deliver strategic insights. Based in ET states, ideally in major markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large teams of managers.
• History of exceeding revenue targets as a people leader.
• Strong focus on client experience and product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Inspire clients to set ambitious priorities and deepen partnerships with StackAdapt.
• Lead 50+ account leads and managers to drive revenue through exceptional experiences.
• Refine service motion and align resources to unlock client growth.
• Drive programs to improve client satisfaction and product adoption.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to meet company goals.
• Establish high standards and accountability to exceed revenue targets.
• Strengthen the internal culture of high performance and support.
