• Proven leadership of large teams with managers as direct reports.
• Experience in quota-carrying roles and driving revenue growth.
• Strong focus on client experience and adoption of StackAdapt platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 50+ account leads and managers to deliver revenue through superior experiences.
• Inspire clients to set ambitious priorities and deepen partnerships with StackAdapt.
• Refine and expand service motion, align resources to unlock client growth.
• Drive client satisfaction and product adoption, and address gaps with programs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals and client success.
• Build a culture of high standards and accountability, exceeding revenue targets.
