StackAdapt is a remote-first technology company enabling marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. The RVP of Client Services leads quota-carrying account management for the Eastern US and builds growth through exceptional client experiences and partnerships.

You will manage 50+ account leads, drive revenue with a focus on service excellence, and refine our service motion to align resources for client growth.

• Act as a thought leader to inspire clients to set ambitious priorities and deepen partnerships with StackAdapt.
• Lead a team of 50+ account leads and account managers to deliver revenue through exceptional client experiences.
• Define, refine, and expand our service motion, aligning resources to unlock client growth.
• Obsess over client satisfaction and product adoption to uncover opportunities for growth.
• Find opportunities to improve internal cross-functional collaboration toward company goals.
• Build a system of high standards and accountability to achieve revenue targets with AE stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of high performance and support across the Global Client Services team.
