Job summary

Haven Home Care is expanding its Eastern Ohio footprint and seeks a Supervisory LPN to handle open visits, supervise Home Health Aides, and conduct pre-employment testing. This role focuses on building client base in Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties with a flexible, growth-oriented schedule.

The position pays per visit and per task rather than hourly, with mileage reimbursement and iPad data plans provided. Initial hours may be minimal as the territory develops.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and hold an Ohio LPN license.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license.
• Residence in Trumbull or Mahoning County preferred.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and collect documentation per agency standards.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to Home Health Aides.
• Perform pre-employment testing (skills and written tests) for aides.
