Qualifications

• Must hold an active Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in home health settings preferred.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate documentation per agency standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days and open visits for new clients.
• Perform pre-employment testing for Home Health Aide candidates.
