Job summary

Haven Home Care is expanding its Eastern Ohio footprint and seeks an LPN to oversee supervisory visits for Home Health Aides. This role pays per visit and per task, plus mileage reimbursement; it’s ideal for supplemental income as client volume grows in Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties.

Travel to client homes is required; the position is part-time with variable visits. The company provides iPad data plan and necessary tools as it builds its Eastern Ohio presence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and document accurately according to agency standards.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to review Home Health Aides.
• Administer pre-employment testing (skills and written tests) for aides.
