Job summary

Haven Home Care in Eastern Ohio is seeking a part-time Supervisory LPN to support expansion into Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. This is a per-visit role with pay per visit and mileage reimbursement, not an hourly wage.

You will conduct supervisory visits every 60 days, complete open visits for new clients, and administer pre-employment testing for Home Health Aide candidates. Growth depends on client base development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Background check, skills test and written nursing test completed
• Residence in Trumbull or Mahoning County preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation according to agency standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides and complete open visits
