Job summary

Haven Home Care is expanding its Eastern Ohio operations and seeking an LPN to supervise Home Health Aides across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. The role offers a per-visit pay model with supervision visits and skills testing, plus mileage reimbursement.

It is a part-time, no-hourly wage position with growth as client volume increases. An ideal candidate has an Ohio LPN license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to build the territory from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing is required.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing is required.
• Strong documentation and scheduling abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate documentation according to agency standards.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides.
• Conduct pre-employment skills and written tests for aides.
