Job summary

Haven Home Care is expanding in Eastern Ohio and seeks an LPN for a supervisory, per-visit role. You’ll complete visits, supervise aides every 60 days, and handle testing for new hires across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties.

The position offers flexible, part-time hours with pay per visit, plus mileage reimbursement and an iPad for job duties. Prior home health or hospital experience is helpful as client base grows.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and licensed as an LPN in Ohio.
• Current CPR certification and clean criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• Experience in home health or hospital settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and supervise Home Health Aides every 60 days.
• Collect documentation and conduct pre-employment testing for aides.
• Perform skills tests and written nursing tests for candidates.
