Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC is seeking a Platform Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive strategy, prioritization, and optimization of the Dynamics 365 platform. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams.

The Product Owner will maintain the roadmap, set priorities, and ensure governance, data integrity, and system sustainability while enabling measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Partner with leaders and IT to understand processes and identify platform enhancements.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features, defects, and improvements based on business value and risk.
• Serve as primary decision-maker for the Dynamics 365 platform and provide guidance to teams.
• Lead product discovery, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Ensure governance, security, data integrity, and platform sustainability.
• Monitor adoption, feedback, and business outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Support change management, documentation, and user adoption.
