Job summary
Toppan Merrill LLC in Atlanta is seeking a Platform Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive strategic platform direction, prioritization, and ongoing optimization. The Product Owner will maintain the roadmap and backlog, and partner with business leaders and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions that improve processes and user experience.
The role requires strong governance, security, data integrity, and collaboration across multiple teams to ensure measurable business value
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/IT field.
- 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience in a service organization.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and roadmap ownership.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform and data integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
- Partner with leaders, end users, IT, and stakeholders to identify needs and define opportunities.
- Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features, defects, and improvements based on business value and risk.
- Act as primary decision-maker for the Dynamics 365 platform and coordinate with teams.
- Lead product discovery, backlog refinement, sprints, demonstrations, and UAT.
- Monitor governance, security, data integrity, and system sustainability.
