Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Demonstrated functional leadership in a complex environment.
• Experience with Power Platform tools and API integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into epics, features and user stories.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM product vision, roadmap and backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and opportunities.
• Translate requirements into epics, features and user stories.
• Prioritize features, defects and improvements based on business value.
• Lead product discovery, sprint planning and reviews.
• Ensure governance, security and data integrity across the platform.
• Monitor adoption, outcomes and opportunities for improvement.
• Support change management, training and documentation.
• Interact professionally with internal/external clients.
• Maintain knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
