Job summary

Toppan Merrill is seeking a Platform Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 to direct the strategic direction, prioritization, and ongoing optimization of the Dynamics 365 platform. You will bridge business needs with technology teams to deliver scalable solutions and governance.

You will maintain the product roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements in processes, user experience, and system sustainability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRM in a service org.
• Demonstrated functional leadership with Dynamics 365 in a complex environment.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and API integrations.
• Experience building roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and business requirements.
• Strong business process analysis, data management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dynamics 365 CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned to business goals.
• Collaborate with leaders, end users, IT, and stakeholders to define opportunities for platform enhancements.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Prioritize features, defects, and technical improvements based on value and risk.
• Serve as primary decision-maker for the Dynamics 365 platform for developers and admins.
• Lead discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, UAT, releases, and reviews.
