Job summary

Toppan Merrill in Denver, CO seeks a Platform Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to steer strategy, prioritization, and ongoing optimization. You will bridge business needs and tech teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve processes and user experience.

You will own the product backlog, guide cross-functional teams, and supervise governance, security, data integrity, and platform sustainability. Strong collaboration and communication are essential to drive adoption and measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in a service environment.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and roadmap ownership.
• Experience with Power Platform tools and Dataverse.
• Strong analytical skills in business processes and data integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the D365 CRM product vision, roadmap and backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into epics and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features and defects based on value and risk.
• Lead discovery, planning, demos, UAT and release activities.
• Ensure governance, security and data integrity across the platform.
• Support change management and user adoption.
