Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC is seeking a Platform Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to steer the platform's strategic direction, roadmap, and optimization. You will translate business needs into scalable technology solutions that improve processes, user experience, and organizational effectiveness.

You will partner with business leaders, IT, and users to identify opportunities, define requirements, and guide development across the solution lifecycle while ensuring governance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, MIS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or comparable CRM in a service organization.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and API integrations.
• Experience managing platform roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and define opportunities for platform enhancements.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and improvements by business value and risk.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate priorities, roadmaps, and impacts.
• Lead product discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, UAT, releases, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure governance, security, data integrity, and system sustainability for the platform.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption.
