Job summary
Toppan Merrill LLC seeks an Platform Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead the strategic direction, prioritization, and ongoing optimization of the Dynamics 365 platform. The role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions or similar.
- Proven leadership in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
- Collaborate with business leaders and IT to translate needs into epics and user stories.
- Lead discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT.
- Ensure governance, security, data integrity, and platform sustainability.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate priorities and release plans.
