Job summary

Toppan Merrill is seeking a Platform Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive the strategic direction, prioritization, and ongoing optimization of the Dynamics 365 platform. You will bridge business needs and technology, shaping the roadmap and governing implementations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage backlogs, and ensure governance, security, and data integrity across solutions (Dataverse, API integrations, Power Platform). More details in this role description.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a service org.
• Experience with Power Platform tools and Dataverse.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dynamics 365 platform roadmap and backlog.
• Collaborate with leaders to capture needs and define opportunities.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
• Prioritize work based on value, risk, and resources.
• Lead platform governance, security, and data integrity.
• Partner with IT and business for config, integrations, and reporting.
• Drive discovery, planning, demos, UAT, and releases.
• Monitor adoption and business outcomes for continuous improvement.
