Toppan Merrill, a global technology leader in regulatory disclosure and communications, seeks a Platform Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in Palo Alto. You will align business needs with scalable Dynamics 365 solutions, maintain the product roadmap, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value while ensuring governance and data integrity.

You will lead discovery, prioritization, and rollout activities, oversee integrations and automation, and drive user adoption

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Demonstrated functional leadership with Dynamics 365 in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and API integrations.
• Experience developing and managing platform roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, process improvement, system configuration, data management, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and define platform enhancements.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features, defects, and improvements based on business value and risks.
• Serve as primary functional decision-maker for the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Lead discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, UAT, releases.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and improved UX.
• Support configuration, integrations, data management, reporting, and security roles.
