Job summary

LATICRETE International in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Insights Journeys.

You will customize entities, workflows, dashboards, and integrate using Power Platform tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision making and CRM alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
• Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards to support CRM needs.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
