Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our CRM platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. The role involves CRM customization, data visualization with Power BI, and cross-functional collaboration to align CRM with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on Dynamics365 experience, strong knowledge of Power Platform tools, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related discipline required, Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and optimize Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to align CRM with business goals.
