Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our CRM platform with a focus on Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Insights Journeys. You will collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to align the CRM with business needs and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification is required; Expert preferred
Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing
Customize entities, workflows, forms, dashboards to meet business needs
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Integrate with Power Platform tools for automation and data flow
Support BI team with PowerBI reports and dashboards
