Job summary

LATICRETE International in the United States is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform, focusing on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will work with Power Platform tools and PowerBI to deliver data-driven insights and enable cross-functional teams.

The role supports CRM customization, integration, training end-users, and ensuring security and data integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM.
Proficiency in Sales, Service, and Marketing CRM modules.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
Maintain and improve Power Pages / Power Apps portals for external users.
Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings; monitor performance.
