LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our CRM platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will support CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and contribute to PowerBI visualization efforts, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dynamics365, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; master's preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model‑driven and canvas), and Dataverse; PowerBI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Maintain Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize Power Platform tools for system integration and automation.
• Assist BI team with PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
