Job summary

LATICRETE International in Florida is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams, enable data visualization with Power BI, and support BI reporting, Power Platform integration, and CRM change management while traveling up to 10% domestically.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
• Certification requirements include Dynamics 365 Associate; advanced certs preferred.
• Bachelor’s in IT/CS or related field required; Master’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Develop and optimize Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into CRM solutions and ensure data integrity.
