LATICRETE International is hiring a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the Dynamics365 platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will support CRM customization, integration via Power Platform, and contribute to PowerBI data visualization.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Dynamics365/Salesforce CRM, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS required; Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce CRM.
• 3
• Certification in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Maintain Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize Power Platform tools for system integration and automation.
• Assist BI team with PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into solutions.
• Provide training and end-user documentation.
