Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure and optimize the Dynamics365 platform, focusing on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will support CRM customization, data integration via Power Platform tools, and contribute to PowerBI visualizations.

Collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams, you will ensure CRM aligns with business needs, provide end-user support, and deliver training and documentation for Marketing users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM.
• Proficiency in Sales, Service, and Marketing CRM modules.

Responsibilities

• CRM Administration & Customization: Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Integration & Reporting: Use Power Platform tools for system integration and automation; assist BI with PowerBI reports.
• Collaboration & Support: Translate requirements into technical solutions and provide end-user training and documentation.
• Travel: 10% domestic.
• Maintain CRM security and data integrity best practices.
