Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and personal customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Basic understanding of accounts receivable/payable and purchase orders.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking, and scheduling.
• Create and dispatch work orders in iCare for planned maintenance and service.
• Attend weekly planning sessions and reconcile weekly service paperwork.
• Monitor subcontractor pricing and process invoicing.
• Administer check in/checkout for technicians and ensure safety policy.
• Enter work orders into Spectrum and manage related orders.
• Maintain customer service binders to maximize satisfaction.
• Procure parts/materials for service work orders.
