Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching and scheduling.
• Create and dispatch work orders for planned maintenance and service.
• Enter and track purchase orders, quotes, and billing information.
• Monitor subcontractor pricing and process invoicing.
• Maintain customer service binders and update Spectrum maintenance data.
• Provide administration support as needed.
