Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our celebrated culture. You will manage service dispatching, work orders, and communications with customers, technicians, and subcontractors while maintaining accuracy in system entries and processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and personal customer service skills.
• Basic financial knowledge and understanding of accounts payable/receivable and purchase orders.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls including service dispatching, scheduling, and inquiries.
• Create and dispatch work orders for scheduling planned maintenance and service.
• Attend planning sessions and perform weekly time sheet data entry and paperwork reconciliation.
• Enter and manage service and maintenance orders in systems (iCare, Spectrum).
• Provide administrative support and back-up for other areas as needed.
• Ensure accurate tracking of subcontractor pricing and invoicing, and monitor safety compliance for technicians.
