Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our dynamic culture in Wisconsin. You will be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, handling service dispatching, scheduling, and inquiries with professionalism and responsiveness.

You will use iCare and Spectrum systems to create and track work orders, support technicians, and assist with invoicing and subcontractor pricing. A college degree or equivalent experience is required; 1–3 years in call center, dispatch,

Qualifications

• College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in call center, dispatch, or administrative role (preferred).
• Experience in a construction industry environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls, call status tracking and call changes.
• Create and dispatch work orders in iCare for scheduling of planned maintenance and service.
• Attend weekly planning sessions and reconcile service paperwork; enter weekly timesheets.
• Process invoices and monitor subcontractor pricing.
• Maintain customer service binders and update Spectrum entries.
