Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a Lead Generator to proactively engage consumers and educate them on the benefits of the client’s products. The role involves determining homeowner status and guiding interested individuals to schedule a free in-home consultation with the client’s sales team.

Ideal candidates will have a background in lead generation or retail sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years minimum lead generation, or retail sales experience.
• 2 years’ minimum experience in successful support roles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages and educates consumers on the benefits of purchasing the client’s products and services.
• Qualifies the consumer to determine if they are the right profile for purchasing the products and services.
• Performs demonstrations of the client’s products to allow the consumer to fully understand the benefits.
• Convinces the consumer to schedule a “Free” in-home consultation with the client’s sales team.
• Collects and enters appropriate consumer and competitive data required by the client into a MarketSource work order system.
