Job summary

MarketSource is a sales acceleration company focused on delivering better outcomes for iconic brands. The Lead Generator role involves engaging consumers, educating them on product benefits, and determining homeowner status for a free in-home consultation with the client’s sales team.

The job requires an outgoing personality, basic knowledge of home improvement products, and comfort collecting data. Weekend availability is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years minimum lead generation, or retail sales experience.
• 2 years’ minimum experience in successful support roles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages and educates consumers on the benefits of purchasing the products and services of the client.
• Qualifies the consumer to determine if they are the right profile for purchasing the products and services of the client.
• Performs demonstrations of the client’s products to allow the consumer to fully understand the benefits of the products.
• Convinces the consumer to schedule a “Free” in-home consultation with the client’s sales team.
• Collects and enters appropriate consumer and competitive data required by the client into a MarketSource work order system.
