Job summary

MarketSource, Inc. is seeking a Lead Generator to proactively engage consumers at fairs, festivals, home shows, and retail locations to schedule in-home consultations with the client’s sales team.

The role blends an outgoing personality with the ability to quickly identify ideal candidates, educate on product benefits, and collect data for the client’s systems. Prior knowledge of home improvement products is beneficial, and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years minimum lead generation or retail sales experience.
• 2 years' minimum experience in successful support roles.
• Must be available to work primarily on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages and educates consumers on the benefits of purchasing the client's products and services.
• Qualifies the consumer to determine if they are the right profile for purchasing the client's products and services.
• Performs demonstrations of the client's products to allow the consumer to fully understand the benefits.
• Convinces the consumer to schedule a "Free" in-home consultation with the client's sales team.
• Collects and enters appropriate consumer and competitive data required by the client into a MarketSource work order system.
