zTrip MS is seeking a Driver Recruitment Manager to lead driver sourcing, screening, onboarding, and retention initiatives. You will partner with operations leadership to hit hiring goals while delivering a positive candidate experience that ensures long-term driver success.

The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-focused, and results-driven, with a passion for connecting drivers to meaningful career opportunities and building strong pipelines for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce development, staffing, HR, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable representing the company at public events and networking functions.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee driver recruiting from sourcing through onboarding and retention.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to meet hiring goals.
• Develop recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting campaigns.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ATS data.
• Support onboarding with licensing and documentation.
• Engage with drivers to support retention and satisfaction.
• Represent zTrip at community events and partnerships.
• Provide recruiting analytics and pipeline reporting.
