zTrip is hiring a Driver Recruitment Manager to lead sourcing, screening, onboarding, and retention for drivers. You will partner with operations to meet hiring goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience that supports long-term driver success.

The role requires strong organization, relationship-building, and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for connecting talent to meaningful career opportunities at a growing transportation company.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce development, staffing, HR, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM platforms, and recruiting software.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable representing the company at public events and networking functions.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified driver candidates.
• Source applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers.
• Promote career opportunities and benefits of partnering with zTrip.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, open houses, and campaigns.
• Maintain recruitment records and ATS data.
• Guide candidates through onboarding and licensing processes.
• Ensure timely communication and support throughout hiring.
