You will partner with operations leadership to hit hiring goals while delivering a positive candidate experience and building a strong driver pipeline.

The role emphasizes community partnerships, event recruiting, and data-driven adjustments to attract high-quality drivers and support fleet growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting across diverse channels (job boards, events, referrals).
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to build a consistent driver talent pipeline.

Responsibilities
