Job summary

zTrip MKE is seeking a Driver Recruitment Manager to lead sourcing, screening, onboarding, and retention for our driver program. You will work with operations leaders to hit hiring goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience that supports long-term driver success.

The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-focused, and results-driven, with a passion for connecting drivers to meaningful careers and helping zTrip expand its fleet and services in the Milwaukee area.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce development, staffing, HR, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRMs, and recruiting software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified driver candidates.
• Source applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community partnerships.
• Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting campaigns.
• Maintain recruitment records and ATS/CRM data.
• Guide candidates through onboarding from application to activation.
• Collaborate with operations to facilitate onboarding and training.
• Support driver retention initiatives and engagement programs.
• Represent zTrip at community events and recruiting functions.
