Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified driver candidates.
• Source applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews; build a pipeline of drivers.
• Guide onboarding from application to activation and support training.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ATS data.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize onboarding and retention.
