zTrip is seeking a Transportation Recruiter to lead driver recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts. You will develop strategies, source through multiple channels, screen applicants, and build a strong driver pipeline.

You will guide candidates through licensing and onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience and collaboration with operations to support successful activation and ongoing driver engagement.

Competenze

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, workforce development, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interview, evaluate, and engage candidates effectively.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with recruiting software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, or related technology preferred.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable networking and representing the company in public settings.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Conduct follow-up calls and check-ins to support driver success.
• Assist with retention initiatives designed to improve driver satisfaction.
• Gather feedback from drivers and identify areas for improvement.
• Support recognition programs and engagement efforts that strengthen company culture.
• Serve as a trusted resource for driver questions and concerns.
• Build relationships with workforce agencies, training programs, community organizations, and referral partners.
• Represent zTrip at career fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities.
• Develop partnerships that help generate a steady flow of qualified applicants.
• Act as a brand ambassador within the transportation industry and local communities.
