Job summary

zTrip is seeking a Driver Recruitment Manager to lead driver sourcing, screening, onboarding and retention efforts. The role partners with operations leadership to hit hiring goals while delivering a positive candidate experience and strong driver onboarding.

The ideal candidate is organized, relationship‑driven, and metrics‑oriented, with a passion for matching talented individuals with meaningful truck driver careers and growth opportunities within a growing fleet.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce development, staffing, HR, or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruiting software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified driver candidates.
• Source applicants through job boards, social media, referral programs, networking opportunities, and community partnerships.
• Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers.
• Promote career opportunities and benefits of partnering with zTrip.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, open houses, and recruiting campaigns.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
