Job summary

zTrip NE is seeking a results-driven Driver Recruitment Manager to lead sourcing, screening, onboarding and retention for drivers. You will partner with operations leadership to meet hiring goals while delivering a positive candidate experience.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, organized talent pipelines, community outreach, and data-driven recruiting to fuel fleet growth and service excellence across our Nebraska footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM platforms, and recruiting software.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable representing the company at events and networking functions.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified driver candidates.
• Source applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, networks and partnerships.
• Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting campaigns.
• Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
• Guide candidates through onboarding from application to activation.
• Collaborate with operations to facilitate onboarding and training.
• Track recruiting performance and provide updates to leadership.
• Develop relationships with community partners and workforce agencies.
• Support driver retention initiatives and engagement programs.
