• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, customer service, sales, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified driver candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective candidates.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community functions to promote career opportunities at zTrip.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Promote zTrip as an employer of choice within the local market.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals and staffing needs.
