You will coordinate candidate movement through the hiring pipeline, maintain communications, and ensure completion of requirements for orientation and employment. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for driver candidates through onboarding and scheduling.
• Maintain ATS discipline: accurate stage movement, documentation, and notes for reporting.
• Monitor onboarding task completion and resolve missing information or deficiencies.
• Coordinate DOT physicals, drug screenings, travel, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Support recruiters with applications, follow-up, and pipeline management during high-volume periods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and keep candidate records accurate.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and internal regulations to minimize no-shows.
