Job summary

NOW Courier Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit and onboard qualified delivery drivers, owner operators, and commercial drivers across locations.

The role emphasizes candidate sourcing, compliance, and a strong driver experience, including DOT/FMCSA requirements and background checks. You will manage the recruiting lifecycle, coordinate onboarding timelines, and partner with Operations to ensure a seamless driver launch and ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Previous experience working in a recruitment or human resources role is required.
• Previous experience in the logistics and distribution industry is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for contractor and commercial drivers across Now Courier locations.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and local labor partnerships.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for role fit, safety, compliance, and readiness.
• Provide onboarding support and post‑launch follow‑up for drivers and owner operators.
• Maintain recruiting data in the ATS and communicate with cross‑functional teams.
• Educate candidates on LTO program requirements and timelines.
